House Robber II

Same rules as House Robber, except the houses are arranged in a circle: the first and last house are neighbours, so you may not rob both. Return the largest amount you can take.

  • [2,3,2] gives 3 — you cannot take both 2s
  • A street of one house has no neighbour problem, so the answer is that house
  • An empty street yields 0
