Integer Square Root

Given a non-negative integer x, return its square root rounded down to an integer — that is, the largest integer r with r * r <= x.

  • Do not use Math.sqrt, Math.pow or **
  • x can be 0 or 1
  • x can be as large as 2147483647, so pick your search bounds carefully
