Maximum Subarray

Given an integer array nums, find the contiguous subarray with the largest sum and return that sum.

  • The subarray must contain at least one element
  • Values may be negative — an all-negative array still has an answer
  • Aim for a single pass in O(n) time and O(1) extra space
