You are given a rectangular grid whose cells are the strings '1' (land) and '0' (water). An island is a group of land cells joined horizontally or vertically. Return how many islands the grid contains.

  • Diagonal neighbours do not connect two cells
  • Everything outside the grid is water
  • An empty grid has 0 islands
