Given a sorted array of distinct integers nums and a value target, return the index of target. If it is not present, return the index where it would have to be inserted to keep the array sorted.

  • A target smaller than everything belongs at index 0
  • A target larger than everything belongs at index nums.length
  • Must run in O(log n)
