Smallest Range Covering Elements from K Lists

You are given k lists of integers, each already sorted in non-decreasing order. Find the smallest range [start, end] that contains at least one number from every list.

  • Range [a, b] is smaller than [c, d] when b - a < d - c; on a tie the one with the smaller a wins
  • Return the range as a two-element array
  • A MinHeap class is already written for you in the starter — you only need the algorithm
