Given a string s, rearrange its characters so that they are grouped by how often they occur, most frequent group first.

  • All copies of a character must sit together in one contiguous run
  • Characters with the same frequency may appear in any order relative to each other
  • The result must contain exactly the same characters as the input
  • A MinHeap class is already written for you in the starter — you only need the algorithm
