Reverse String In Place

You are handed an array of single-character strings. Write reverseString(chars) so that the array itself ends up reversed.

  • Mutate the array you were given — do not build and return a new one
  • Use O(1) extra space; slice, reverse and friends defeat the point
  • The return value is not checked, but returning the same array is fine
